I am a licensed attorney with practices in three different states: Illinois, Colorado and California. I have been practicing law for over 20 years of general practice with a focus on Real Estate and Bankruptcy law. I have done approximately 2000 residential real estate closings and commerical real estate deals. I have represented clients in Landlord/Tenant matters; both landlords and tenants with a fair amount of trial work. I have also represented defendants in foreclosures both judicial and non-judicial. I have done hundreds of Bankruptcy filings, primarily with debtor work filing Chapter 7 and 13, though I have filed a few Chapter 11's. I have worked on the establishment of clients wills and trusts, drafting estate plans for my clients. I have courtroom experience with motion practice, jury trial and bench trial experience in which I was the lead attorney on cases. I have also been volunteering as an attorney for the Bankruptcy Clinic in San Ramon since its beginning. I am committed to helping people solve their legal problems.
